"Oppholdet i Tours var meget vellykket, dels takket være hotellet. Det viktigste var beliggenheten, rett ved siden av jernbanestasjonen, men uten at det var noe bråk. Hotellet er et leilighetshotell, rent og pent og med det man trengte. Det var ikke daglig rengjøring, men det gikk fint for 3 dager. Hyggelig betjening. Resepsjonen var stengt mellom 13 - 15. Tours er et utmerket utgangspunkt for reiser til mange steder i Loire dalen. Leie av bil gjør dette lettere. "

"Absolutely spectacular. We really enjoyed our time at Chateau de Candes. Bertrand and Sam went out of their way to ensure that our stay was as comfortable as possible. "Habitué des lieux, il y a juste un petit relachement niveau ménage (lave vaisselle pas vidé entièrement, vaisselle rangée douteuse, nid de poussière sur armoire dessus de lit). "
