"Som min søn siger; man føler sig vigtig og som noget særligt. Det var en fantastisk oplevelse, fra ankomst til afgang. Det var en oplevelse at besøge hotellet. Dejlig mad, dejligt værelse, utroligt venligt personale, man bemærkede næsten ikke rengøringspersonalet og der var rent. Ingen unødvendig støj og ro omkring poolområderne. Vi håber at kunne besøge hotellet igen en anden gang."

"Parkmöglichkeiten waren super. Selbst als es ein riesen Sportfest in der nähe gab konnte man noch einen Parkplatz finden. Etwas von Nachteil war die höhrbare Hauptstraße hinter der Anlage. Aber bei geschlossenen Fenstern hört man sie nicht. Wegen des Sportfestes waren auch gegen ende sehr viele Familien mit Kindern im Hotel. Ruhig und entspannt am Pool liegen war dadurch dann eher weniger möglich. Trotzdem Preis/Leistung war in unserem Fall jedenfalls mehr als top und wir würden bestimmt wieder...

"Wiedermal ein wunderbarer und erholsamer Aufenthalt im Palm Beach. Das Personal ist uns zum großen Teil schon seit Jahren bekannt. Die Mitarbeiter liefern einen aufmerksamen und herzlichen Service. Die Sauberkeit und die Instandhaltung selbst kleinster Details ist bewundernswert. Wir kommen natürlich gerne zurück. "

"We went to the island for work, we’ve never stayed here. From the minute we walked in we were wowed by the place. It’s absolutely beautiful, the staff were super friendly and helpful and the rooms are enormous with everything you could even need inside. The grounds are huge and also stunning. "Loved the property. Very friendly staff especially David at reception answered all my questions and such an enthusiastic employee. The hotel is 230 rooms or so so not gigantic which I enjoyed. Plenty of lounge chairs at pool and easy walk to the beach where you do have to go down 3 floors of stairs as its a cliff. The quality of buffets was excellent and rotated daily. Would definitely recommend."
