"Charming hotel with lots of stairs to the lobby, there were helpful staff assisting in carrying up the luggage. Location was good, however did notice construction across the street. The street below at night was a bit noisy but nothing to complain about. Loved the heated bathroom floors. Very clean room with a temperature that could easily be adjusted & controlled."

"Hotel is 3 star so expectations were lowered. Room and all was fine except for parking- due to lack of space internally we were sent to a parking lot a couple of blocks away. The hotel charged and collected the fee so when I picked up my car 2 days later covered in filth, they did nothing to rectify the issue- no one willing to help- they out the blame on the parking lot and told us to follow up directly with them. Not sure why hotel collects the money and then refuses any responsibility. They could have done much better for a legitimate complaint from clients."

"Property is dirty. Cigarette butts and broken glass all over, so we had to be extra cautious taking our dog out. Parking not ideal. I wouldn’t say they have enough spaces for how many rooms or possibly locals take the spots and it’s not monitored so you need to secure a spot early and leave the vehicle. Neighbourhood seemed a little run down. Bed was broken and uncomfortable, and the bathtub leaked. Staff were friendly. The complimentary breakfast was beans, bagels and boiled eggs both days, so basic."
