"To say that the photographs of the apartment were misleading would be a misuse of the term. Totally mis-representational would be more appropriate (it was a completely different space). On arrival, there was no-one there to give us keys and no-one answered the phone when we tried repeatedly to call. "Beautiful clean, large apartment, 4 mins walk from the bus stop and 10 mins max from the centre of Chamonix.
Lady on reception was very welcoming and helpful on arrival. Full facilities to cook etc and complimentary tea & coffee. We only stayed for 1 night but wouldn't hesitate to stay again and longer next time!

"Great place to stay, just off the village square, right next to the Mont Blanc Hotel, and two minutes walk from Le Chamois Télécabine. A quiet, calm and convenient location - especially for getting on the first lifts. Could do with refreshing the cutlery and crockery as a couple of items missing, but that is the worst it gets. The only word of warning, make sure you order the bedding and towels beforehand as they are not included in the base price. "
