Room was nice, beds were nice, the food was decent, the location is nice. Shout out to Carlos the cart driver. He high fived our kid every time he saw him and was generally really warm and hospitable.

It was so ridiculous, when you ask for a cup of ice at the bar, and they tell you, is not free . They dont have ice station at the hotel. Also, as guest of the hotel they dont provide a bottle of water either, this is miserable
