Nice enough hotel. Stopped over while travelling. Though it was closer to Le Mans than it is but the detour wasn't too much of an inconvenience. The town itself is lovely and worth a visit. Room clean and tidy and staff were pleasant.

Dommage

Personnel très sympathique, cependant l'établissement est vraiment vieillissant, j'ai pu constater qu'il était en travaux donc cela va sûrement s'améliorer. Petit déjeuner un peu "cheap" Heureusement l'accueil et le personnel du restaurant (le soir) retiennent l'attention.

Sehr schönes, familiär geführtes Hotel

Das Hotel ist ruhig gelegen und wird familiär geführt. Es ist auch nicht weit zum Stadtkern von La Ferté Bernard und so ist es nicht schwer, die an Freitagen und Sonntagen bestehende Schließung des Restaurants auszugleichen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und bemüht, den Gästen den Aufenthalt angenehm zu gestalten. Es ist alles sehr sauber. Wir würden jederzeit wieder dort übernachten.

Séjour pour affaire un très bon accueil

Séjour d'une nuit pour affaire Accueil très agréable Chambre agréable silencieuse et bien tenue même si petite et sous les toits. J'ai aussi été bien accueilli au restaurant en tant que végétarien. Merci au personnel très souriant. C'est agréable après une journée de travail.

Hotel très moyen

Un vieil hôtel qui est tenu par des gens dynamiques et très accueillants. Un très bon restaurant. Télévision perchée sur l'armoire...rideau de douche dans la baignoire... Le petit déjeuner est le point faible. Pas de fromage blanc. Aucun moyen de se faire un jus d'orange pressé. Pas de pain frais. Café très moyen.

Séjour pour affaire. J'ai apprécié la chambre refaite récemment. L'acceuil est toujours aussi agréable. Arrivé tardivement, ils m'ont quand meme servi le repas du soir. Repas très bon. Service extra par des serveurs très souriants. Je reviendrai très volontier dans cet hotel. Petit Dej copieux. Je recommande

Hotel kyriad la ferte bernard.

Very bad that we had to climb 2 flights of stairs, the 2nd being very steep especially as we had luggage. One of the two rooms had a shower head and nowhere to hang it, plus there was no headroom anyway. I askeď for a downstairs room on arrival but was told that because we booked the CHEAPEST rooms we could not change. The conditions of the hotel should be mentioned when booking. Personally i am recovering from a replacement knee and struggled up the stairs. Money was not an issue with us had we been told about the conditions. We also had two dogs further causing a problem getting in and out. We found the cost of the dogs more expensive than much better hotels that we have stayed in. Sorry but never again.

Not what we were expecting

I picked this hotel because it was off the motorway and would be easy to find after a long drive from Paris late in the day. The pictures of the rooms looked comfortable and modern. Check-in was easy, but then we were directed to haul our luggage up two very steep flights of stairs to an older part of the hotel up in the rooftop rafters. The room was tiny and you could only stand up straight in half of it as the roof slanted and the only window being a skylight. Half of the room was occupied by a huge desk built under the rafters - what a waste of space. The bathroom wallpaper was peeling off in places with the clothes hook barely hanging on. The restaurant was initially a pleasant surprise as it was nicely decorated and modern, but the food was bland and mushy. When we got the bill, there was a discrepancy in the charge which the manager did not wish to address and wouldn't listen to our complaint. All in all, I feel that as Expedia clients we did not receive the newer rooms, and as such, I would not recommend this hotel.

la nuit trés bien, le petit déjeuner moyen

très bonne nuit , mais la qualité du petit déjeuner est tout juste correct. pain: très bon croissants: correct œufs durs et jambon: limite frais, qualité moyenne chocolat en poudre et lait : bon peu de choix ce qui se justifie avec une très bonne qualité ce qui n'est pas toujours le cas ici. Pour une nuit c'est un hôtel convenable
