"Don’t know how some of the hotels get 8 or 9 rating. Low bed, no air conditioning, dusty, fan didn’t work, faucet broke, no ice or drinks available, loud frogs. Secure entry, nice Chateau and friendly staff made up for some of it. My wife wasn’t impressed."

"I don’t normally leave reviews, but I felt compelled to after staying here with my son. The hotel itself is beautiful, modern and spotlessly presented. The rooms, bathrooms, bar and décor all look brand new, and the breakfast (€15) was excellent with plenty of choice. The Disney shuttle was also reliable and very convenient. "入口がバス停からちょっとわかりにくい。(回り込む)。 2つのホテルが同じ建物に入ってて、それぞれロビーが違うので間違えないように。 23:00以降は敷地内に入るゲートが閉まるので、ゲート横のインターホンを押すように言われました。24時間体制との事でしたがなかなか応答がなく、結局もう1つのホテルのお客さんが開けてもらって一緒に入りました。(もう1つのホテルの人はナンバーキーで開けられるらしい)"

"I think we were shocked to find how small. It was a very clean room and it fit my family of 5 very well. Conveniently located if you want to take the bus to Disneyland. Labeled as family friendly but signs everywhere to be quiet between 8pm and 8am. I don’t know about you but 1 year olds don’t know what that means.
