"The rooms were spacious, clean, tidy and beauitful. The housekeeper did an excellent job cleaning and tidying up. The whole property is gorgeous. Staff were pleasant and helpful. The breakfast lunch and dinner menus were spot on. The pool and jacuzzi are perfect. Cocktails were tasty. The yoga and spa were relaxing. The romantic dinner was excellent! The view - Arenal Volcano was majestic. And the plants - healthy, green and lush. 10/10"

"Amazing location, with a beautiful view of Arenal Volcano (assuming it's not cloudy and rainy). We only partially saw it since we had cloudy and rainy weather when we were there. Very close to Arenal Volcano National Park, and Arenal 1968 for more trails. Breakfast is included and is really good. We also enjoyed our dinners at the on-site restaurant, as well as the trails on the property. The trail to the waterfall was really nice. "Baldi is an amazing and one of a kind hotel! The new rooms in the back of the hot springs are huge and beautiful. There’s no other place in the world like their multi-level volcanic hot springs. They are a must see while in Arenal. The spa is incredible as well! "

"The room was fairly clean. The staff was extremely helpful. Not knowing Spanish some staff workers will translate Spanish to English on the phone app. Much of the staff spoke English though. Mr.Didre took extra care to make us feel comfortable. Thank You. "
