"The hotel did not have heating at night. Bedroom sheet was wet due how damp it was. We spoke to the owner multiple times, he did not bother to come and check on the heat.
He complained that we left an apple and some other items at the room at the time of checkout.
There was NO trash bag, trash can, or soap.
He complained when I told him that my child had dairy allergies. He said: “ Why do you have a problem?”
Well, people have different allergies. That was the worst attitude I have ever...

"Lesson learned - Don't book a stay with a property that doesn't have a single person on-site or on-call to help. By the time we arrived our check-in email from the Guesthouse still had not arrived in our email inbox. This email is the only way in to your room, as it holds the lockbox code which holds your key. We messaged the property well before we arrived that we still needed our access code. No response. We messaged them while we were waiting outside. No response. While my pregnant wife was...
