"It’s nothing like walking in a hotel and your room and it smells so darn good. Everyone spoke to us, very polite and helpful. Squeeky clean great location to everything. Uber rides were easily accessible. The location we were able to walk everywhere mostly for food, drinks, beach, grocery store. And it was safe to do so for my wife and I. Only thing that may be an issue for some is the constant soliciting right in front and the corners of the hotel, we had to say no thank you 1000 times."

The staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The location was also very convenient, with easy access to the Old City and other attractions in Cartagena. The pool area and overall atmosphere of the hotel were excellent and made it easy to relax after spending time exploring the city. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend the Hyatt Regency Cartagena. We would happily stay here again on our next visit to Cartagena."
