"Room was very cold even with heater going on 80. Had to ask for towels as well as was double charged on a night which was told was prior authorization and it still took 79 off my card additional. Will not be returning."

"I’m writing this review In hope others see the same. First off the staff was great nothing against them at all. They did there best to help with what they could. But the room wasn’t the cleanest. The shower/tub was so old it looked like it had been repaired numerous times. Also there were bugs all over the window seal and little black ants that kept landing on me as I was Layin on the bed. We were told that it was just the season for the bugs. But we tried switching rooms and the same result...

"The room was not ready. I checked in and received a key and went to my room - to find housekeeping and an open door. (The cleaner told me the man who checked me in thought a traveling nurse made the reservation and I didn’t look like one, he gave me a different room. He thought someone else was still coming for the other room. The one that I reserved and that WAS ready for me.) She seemed to have just started but said she’d only be a few minutes. After maybe 10 minutes, she went to get a vacuum...

"Room was clean and comfortable. Safe spot for mom and child traveling together. Parking was easy, right outside the door. All indoor access to rooms. Staff was absolutely amazing! Loving the upgrades that are coming to this property! It's motel 6, they'll leave the light on for you!"

"The hotel was ok. Nothing spectacular. We usually stay at the hotel across the street because it costs less, but wanted to give this one a try because it does have a higher star rating. It is decent and nothing was terrible. It's just not as nice as the one we normally stay at for less money."

"I thought the motel looked clean and well kept. Reasonably priced. The bed was very comfortable. I was disappointed that there wasn't a coffee maker in the room. They do have a continental breakfast which was nice. I would stay there again."

"Cleanliness is NOT a priority for this motel - gym stuck to the walls, clearly needed vacuumed, flies all over the place - it was cheap for a reason!"

"While it appears to be a renovated older property, it is clean, well maintained and safe. I enjoyed my stay, and would have given a higher rating if I had been given the walk-in shower room as requested. Being disabled made it too exhausting to set settled in one room and then transfer to another. Great restaurants nearby, hamdy to John Wayne Airport, minimal to no traffic noise, and the self-serve snacks, beverages and laundry were a plus."

"Got to hotel sbout 9:30 pm. Note on office with number to call but no one answered and voicemail was full. Staff showed up in parking lot. Was shown rooms that I did not book and told the room I booked online was not actually at this hotel. When I went to check out a substitute room, we smelled weed in the hallway. The battery on the lock failed to the room. I canceled & went to another hotel. Staff avoided calls from Expedia & took me a week to get a refund. Will never go back."
