"We were greeted like part of the family, the room was HUGE (room 5) and the location was perfect. Walked about 15 min to wine tram and there were plenty of restaurants around (Allora had great Italian food!) Breakfast was wonderful, staff was so friendly! "This is a good place, just missing some little things touches that would put it over the top. However the staff is phenomal, namely the Guest Services manager Charne - she provided exceptional service and was very welcoming to our family. For a quiet no stress weekend I would recommend it. "
