"This hotel is not family or vacation friendly. This is for a local tourist that’s traveling with a backpack. There are about 80 stairs to get to your room, so take that into consideration for every time you have to go back to your room. There is also no air conditioning and the owner told us just keep your windows open. That was also not doable with the noise outside and all the birds that would fly inside bc there are no curtains or nets on windows. We went in may-June and it was cool outside...

"This is a beautiful Villa with a stunning views. Rooms were large and very clean and the location was wonderful. It was close to Florence and ideal for exploring Tuscany. Restaurant offered delicious buffet breakfast and many other wonderful local dishes for lunch and dinner. I would highly recommend this Villa and would love to stay here again."

"I had an amazing stay! My room was great - spacious and clean - and the view from my room was incredible! I also found it to be in a great location - the walk from the train station was easy, and it’s close to the main attractions while also being far enough away to be a little quiet.
