Cold place to stay

They charge for everything. Early check-in: 50 BOB for a private room – which is understandable. However: The room is freezing cold, and they charge extra for a heater. The shower has warm water, but not hot. No towels or soap are provided in the room. Near at the bus station.

Disappointing

Very disappointing. We got a standard room, the bed was so uncomfortable, you could feel all the springs through the mattress. There was no pressure in the bathroom (we did mention it). Be aware that every night we were there the place right next to it plays gig very loudly until 1/2am so not a chance of an early night as they don’t have double glazing. The rooftop itself is great and the food very enjoyable. The staff up there was nice.

Litt kaldt på rommet, men kanskje fordi jeg kom rett fra Rurrenabaque. Bar i øverste etasje, og veldig nært busstasjonen.

　長距離バスターミナルに近いということが一番の利点です。バスで移動する人ならばとても有難いです。セントロにも歩いて行くことが出来ます。名前の通りルーフトップがあり、夜景もきれいに見ることが出来ます。

Mala experiencia. Quedé 3 horas esperando para hacer el check-in qué supuestamente debería ser a las 13h pero la habitación solo estaba lista a las 16h. Quedamos 3 horas caminando por la calle para pasar el tiempo. Y cuando llegamos aun tenían dudas si ya estaba lista y tuvieron que subir para saber si estaba limpia. Dijeron que si, pero como subíamos había pelos en las almohadas. En el checkout otro problema. Aquí en el hotels.com dice a las 12 horas. Pero ellos hablaron qué era hasta las once y quería cobrarnos media diaria, ya no bastó lo que nos sucedió antes, y yo me recusé cancelar porque en la app me decía que el checkout era hasta las doce. Una de las atendientes nos trató mucho mal. O sea, una lastima.

Convenient location if you wish to stay short

The hostel's located in a very convenient place if you wish to take a bus from the terminal. The room is reasonably spacious although staff members might need further training as they cannot help with most of my questions regarding the stay and tour. Provides basic breakfast but you don't expect too much.

장단점이 넘 극명하게 갈리는 곳..

위치는 매우 좋아요. 버스터미널 바로 뒤에 있거든요. 근데 저 갔을 땐 엘리베이터 고장나서 4층을 캐리어들고 또는 밥먹는다 뭐한다 계속 계단 탔어요.. 죽는줄ㅋ 그리고 바닥에 먼지 많고 침대도 이전에 썼던사람 머리카락 다있어서 좀ㅜㅜ 게다가 엄청 추워요 진짜. 난방 잘 안되는거 같고 샤워물도 엄청 따뜻하지 않아요. 그래도 직원들은 다 친절했어요. 영어도 잘하고요.
