"Typical old hotel vibes. Food was good, beachfront is solid. En general it’s an ok all inclusive hotel but not worth the price per night. I think there are better options in Guayabitos."

"We had a lovely stay at Casa Loteria. The location is very central and the room was spacious and comfortable. Having a kitchen was great as we cooked our own breakfasts. In hindsight I would have included the breakfast option when booking, as it was a great deal and about half the price as buying it at the hotel. We enjoyed the pool and relaxing on the loungers. The staff were friendly and there is coffee available every morning in the reception hall. The free yoga for guests on the rooftop patio was another bonus, and the instructor was great. The wifi in our room wasn't good, but if we sat just outside the door by the pool it was great. There was painting going on just outside our door which lasted for nearly a week! That was unfortunate as we felt it could have been finished in a day or two, but we made do. The bed was comfy but a little loud when getting up from it. All in all we had a wonderful stay and I would come back again if we are back in the area."

"Location is great- 3 minute walk to the beach and town square. I’d love to give a 5 star review but unfortunately, we had several problems throughout our stay. The hot water did not work the first day (the property fixed the next day to their credit), the sink had a consistent gurgling sound during the night which we reported but was never properly fixed and kept us up each night, our room was not cleaned the last day of our stay and we were informed the maid had left when we inquired as to the status, and the AC went out the last night of our stay resulting in a very uncomfortable night of sleep. This was our first stay in Sayulita so we don’t know how alternatives would be but overall we were slightly disappointed as a result of the many property maintenance issues that we dealt with on an almost daily basis."

"They turn off the elevators at 10 pm till 6 am. They close the pool at 8:30pm. I had to change rooms because of the elevators."

"Fantastic ac, wifi was good, very quiet location, pool temp was perfect. Cool little seating area with coffee or tea. Fridge in room. Cute decor. Would happily stay again. "

"El lugar tiene una vista preciosa en dirección a la playa de Guayabitos. Los temas que podrían mejorar son: 1. El acceso: yo fui el fin de semana de pascua y estaban arreglando, para acceder estaba muy complicado porque si no era en auto, tenías que caminar bastante. La sugerencia es que pregunten por dónde pueden entrar, porque cuando llegue, la entrada principal estaba cerrada y debíamos rodear; aunado a que como están arreglando, los taxis ya no quieren ir para allá porque los autos se patinan horrible. 2. El servicio de agua caliente y agua para servicio: a la llegada no había agua caliente para bañarnos, en la noche mandamos msj y fue hasta ese momento que nos fueron a prender el boiler. Nos quedamos sin agua para el baño o para lavarnos las manos en la madrugada, el agua se restauró hasta las 8:00 am del domingo. 3. Check out: ojalá pudieran extender el check out a la 1:00 pm, la página de expedia dice que es a las 12:00 pm, pero al momento de liquidar la habitación, te dicen que la salida es las 11:00 am. Lo que es de destacar, es que afortunadamente cuando llegamos, el dueño del lugar nos apoyó a subirnos a la zona de las cabañas, el señor fue muy amable."
