"La atención del personal de recepción fue estupenda. La pega es la habitación, los dispensadores de gel de la ducha se descolgaban todo el rato y la sábana bajera estaba manchada como de grasa / sudor y tuvimos que quitarla porque nos daba cosilla estar encima… Por el resto, todo bien."

"Not a 5 star hotel. The only good thing was the view from our room. The hotel is seriously understaffed and the existing staff had nothing to do with a 5 star hotel, no greeting, no smile.
