In the week leading up to our arrival, we received three notifications asking us to check in and pay for our stay—this was confusing, as I had already paid. "Parking bien trop petit Personnel d’accueil bien peu aimable. Ascenseur zéro Clef de porte manuelle, la carte ne fonctionne pas. Wifi inexistant. Sol sale à l’arrivée. La déco n’en parlons pas, les serviettes de plage d’un autre siècle mais vous remplirez tout de même une petite feuille pour en disposer …. Bien dommage car un minimum d’investissement en ferait un bel hôtel doté d’une superbe piscine et dans un environnement très calme. C’était la première, ce sera la dernière. "

We were three adults traveling - me, my husband, and our daughter. I was pleasantly surprised with the spacious room. The main bedroom was separated by doors to the living area, with a pullout couch for our daughter. The staff were always helpful. The security guards were happily willing to open the upper...
