"Bathroom was very clean although a bit dated. Overall, furnishings were quite dated but the bed was comfortable. The wifi was painfully slow at times. I could hear the neighboring room conversation. Occasionally a truck would roar by. Unfortunately the noise isolation isn't there. I preferred another nearby motel although that one had far more trucks roaring by."

"I had zero hot water so couldn't take a shower. Every corner of the "suite" was in disrepair and dirty. The property itself is covered in dead weeds and dog poop. For entertainment I watched cockroaches scamper across the floor at night."

"Everything about this hotel is excellent. Smooth check-in, modern and clean rooms, warm and helpful staff, good onsite restaurant. We stayed for 2 nights. Asked for extra blankets and they were delivered to room promptly. There is ample parking. Location is good, right at the edge of Moab town making it quite place but mere 2 mins from the town. Just perfect."

"This hotel works in a pinch, and is convenient in/out of Moab with very close proximity to Arches, however having stayed at multiple different properties in Moab, it wasn’t great comparatively. If you’re deciding between this property and others in the same price range, I would choose one of the others."

"This is a nice motel that is conveniently located and reasonably priced. The rooms are generally large and clean and have opening windows. There are very bad rooms though that get a lot of traffic from guests and/or noise from the pool. Avoid any room near an entrance or the pool."

"The motel was very close the Arches National Park. And walking distance from a few restaurants. We enjoyed our quiet room and the staff was very helpful & friendly. Perfect spot for budget travelers. Laid back vibe and easy access parking made it fantastic for pets as well!"
