Well renovated and updated for a perfect stay and experience of the area. Lots of good shopping, dining, and local shop options. Also close and walkable to the train station to get you where you need to go around cinque Terre. Absolute great and elegant apartment!

Great Stay

Easy check in. Great location. One small downside, closest parking is 15€\day plus a 10 min walk. Note good for hauling large suitcases. That being said, apparently there I’d a drop off spot 2 min away before you go back to park. Other than that, clean, cute, Italian vibe and structure on the outside but modern on the inside. Loved it!

The apartment was clean, new, efficient and beautiful! Whenever we had questions the property manager replied right away. We stayed only 2 nights but are planning to come back soon. This.apartment was perfect for the 4 of us including 2 teenagers who are hard to please but oh my! They were soo happy.. thanks for making our stay in La Spezia so special.

Very responsive and efficient staff managing the property which is ideally located on a pedestrian only street. We arrived by car and parked at Europa Park which was affordable,12 minutes from the property and had in and out access.Our check in was a breeze with Yuliya personally showing up and detailing the property. The apartment itself is exactly as advertised and was very clean. All the amenities for a comfortable stay was provided. Numerous quality restaurant's and shops are right there in the neighborhood. The train station is a good ten minutes walking distance and all the Cinque Terre villages are easily accessible.We had a wonderful time in La Spezia/Cinque Terre and hope to come back here soon.

We had some difficulty opening the door initially but the staff came very fast to help us with it, which we greatly appreciated. We mainly communicated to them via Whatsapp. The room is very luxurious, big and modern and clean. The amount of amenities provided is insane. They even have a dishwasher in the room! The wifi was also strong which is a win. One downside is that there is no lift. You have to climb up a flight of stairs with your luggages to reach the apartment.

It was great!! It has all we need for our stay. Washing machine, dish washer, hair dryer, the AC worked perfectly fine. It was easy walking from the train station to the check in point and then to the apt. We Will stay here again!

This property is in an amazing location in La Spezia walking district. Nice restaurants and shops around, 10 min walking distance to the train station which takes you to Cinque Terre (which is less then 10 min train ride to the first village). Apartment is very modern and clean. my wife and kids loved it. Easly sleeps 6 people. The host Yulia was very helpful. i would highly recommend this apartment. We would definitely stay here again.
