Modern, clean rooms, great breakfast with a lot of choices. Great views from most rooms and easy walk to cafes, restaurants and shopping in old part of town. Close to marina and boats, ferries to Cinque Terra, and walk to train station . Great value

A standard room is too small. A king bed barely fits. No water, no coffee, no q tips, no other things you get in rooms of similar hotels. Breakfast was not so great either. If something ran out, like scrambled eggs, they did not refill. Fruits were not restocked after the first time in the morning. Definitely not worth the money 😢

Nice property especially if you need a hub to visit Cinque Terre . Although 15min walk to the train station it was still convenient.

This is an average Hotel in this town, rooms average to small, if you are lucky to be in upper floors you may have a view, terrible the transportation situation in La Spezia (Hotel not involved) the location is very simple no much to do around. We used for a quick stay and it was exactly for that purpose.

The property is very nicely located, next to shops restaurants and can take bus nearby to La Spezia Central. The property is well maintained and clean. The staff were very polite. The only reason for the 3 stars is the AC barely worked, kept the temperature in the room at 76 F, when I called they sent maintenance and was told it was working. The second reason was the bed was very uncomfortable, kept making a loud squeaking sound anytime you turned.

Top notch service! The customer service provided by Simona was perfect. We had a very early checkout which required a ride to the train station and she made the arrangements on our behalf. The room was clean and modern (both robes and slippers were provided). The breakfast buffet was amazing and offered everything from fresh fruits and pastries to pancakes and bacon and eggs. I only wished we could have stayed longer.

Great location and staff
The hotel is very conveniently located to the harbor where travelers can hop on the Cinque Terre Ferry or board a boat tour of the area. The terrace restaurant has great food and the staff goes above and beyond to make travelers comfortable.
