"The property itself is quite unique with spacious and comfortable rooms. Access is by arranged meeting since the property is not accessible from the street without a key. We were greeted by Simone who gave us access to the property along with a friendly welcome. Elisa then gave us the rundown of the property over a complimentary caffe and proceeded to give us friendly advice and dining recommendations as well as a welcome bottle of chianti. "We are 9 in the family and we all fit comfortably in the place. The place was close to the main train station and easy to get in and out going to Cinque Terre. It was crowded but very accessible. We love it because we got to use the kitchen and tge washer. I would recommend the place with my friends. The staff is so friendly and easy to communicate. "

"Host and Hostess were excellent and their rooms are very nice. It is a 25 minute walk to the Cinque Terre train. The breakfast options are good and you can get fresh eggs made right there. Outdoor spaces on the property are limited and not too cozy so expect to spend more time in your room while on the property. Overall a great place to stay. "
