We enjoyed our stay

Our experience was very positive. It was a little noisy at night due to a restaurant or Club across the street from our window. Staff was very accommodating and assisted us with a late check-in.

The property was in a good location. It was initially hard to find as it is upstairs in a multi purpose building, but once found it was in a good location. Rooms were clean and large and comfortable. I would stay again and recomm.

Pleasant Stay

The room was beautiful with lots of room. Clean and walking distance to restaurants and shopping. There is a park across the street where you can walk and enjoy. Gianni was very nice and accommodating. Only thing was the beds were pretty firm, I’m used to sleeping in a memory foam mattress so that could be the reason why it felt firm to me.

Great stay in La Spezia

We spent 2 nights in here in La Spezia for a trip to Cinque Terre. Location was about 20min walk from train station. Lots of restaurants around the area. The 2 bedrooms were spacious for 2 couples. Romina was great in communicating the check-in and check-out process since the front desk service was limited. Overall, great stay.

The address was unclear and we were a bit late so there was no assistance with check in. We had to guess which room was ours. Marking the reservation with the room name would have been better.

Great stay

Location great , 10 minutes from underground secure parking . Located 5 minutes from restaurants , 20 minutes from train station to enable cinque terre your . Cinque terre can be done in 1 day if quick or better over 2 days . Romina the host was brilliant … helpful . Recommended us to go to Porto Venere , glad we did it was brilliant . Go on the boat as was only 20 minutes EW and 15 euros return . Bus horrendous , full and sickly and was 7 euros return . Definatejy recommend this place . 👍

This would have to be the worst property I have ever stayed in. We left early after only one night in this terrible place. The bed was as hard as concrete and there was no staff available to help with the problem. I hated everything about this place!

We highly recommend Residenza Viani. It's charming, extremely well located, well managed and comfortable, and our service was excellent. We landed in Pisa and after a very short stay, traveled to La Spezia. Whereas Pisa was rather ugly based on our brief stay, La Spezia was beautiful and full of character. Residenza Viani is located in the older part of town, about a 20 minute walk from the train station, but down what seems to be the commercial heart of La Spezia. My partner spent our first trip down pausing frequently to window shop. Residenza Viani itself is located across the street from a charming park and within a short walking distance of the harbour and pier, where we took several walks.

Very Nice Room

When you enter the building, it’s a bit creepy. There’s no one around and it’s very old. But, the room was wonderful. Very close to busses, shopping & restaurants. Wish the elevator button to the 2nd floor was working. Unfortunately, there was no button. We had to ride up to the 3rd floor and carry our 4 suitcases back down one floor.

The property is in an industrial area which is about a 20-25 minute walk from the train station. Easy to get a taxi at the airport but we were completely unable to get a taxi on either day from the hotel. We ended up walking with our luggage to the train station when leaving. We never saw anybody at check in or out and we had a power outage the second night and the apartment because very hot. I texted the manager with no response. Also be aware that it is across the street from a bar and they had very loud Karioke which was easily heard in our room. Likely would not stay here again although having two separate rooms for the price was not bad.

Séjour d’une nuit. Emplacement idéal. Près du port et des rues piétonnieres. Les chambres étaient propres . Par contre, il y a eu du bruit toute la nuit provenant du café situé en face. Dans la chambre bougainvillier , il était impossible d’entrer dans la douche et de refermer la porte vitrée 🙁 . En arrivant dans l’entrée de l’immeuble, nous avons été surpris par la désuétude des lieux. Saleté et murs décrépis. Heureusement que les photos des chambres étaient conformes.

Bien localisé pour la découverte des 5 terres En bateau ou en train ,pas de soucis . Facile à trouver, à 10mn -15mn de la Spezia Centrale. Plein de commerces et de restos tt autour. Il y a même un immense parc public. Chambre propre et spacieuse. Romina nous a bien envoyés les instructions pour le check-in hors horaires de réception qui sont de 16h à 18h ...mais au final ça le fait aussi . Aucun pbme pour accéder à l immeuble et à la chambre. Pt pbme de light bulb dans la bathroom règlé par Romina le lendemain . Merci aussi pour sa confiance pour le réglement des taxes locales ...et la remise des clés lors du départ. En fait cette établissement prône la confiance avec ses hôtes ...c 'est plutôt rare et c est a souligner ! Ça peut sembler impersonnel mais au final why not! C'est dans l 'air du temps... Pt bémol...il en faut bien 1....le towel rack à changer dans la chambre Bougainville. Et à noter ... insonorisation perfectible. Donc no doubt , booker cet établissement si vous chercher une chambre à la Spezia !
