"The experience was amazing! Maristella was great at communicating prior to check in prior to arrival and day of stay. She was responsive to requests. I had to stay an extra day because of train strike and though she had nothing available, she made a wonder recommendation. I loved the area of town my stay was in. It was convenient to everything.
