Good location to train station

The room is not too big, but with good aircon. Also with free roadside parking nearby hotel. Train station to Cinque Terre is around 15 minutes walk.

It was very clean, walking distance from train station and a little further to the downtown area. I did feel like I was more of a nusance than a guest. Had to carry my luggage up 3 flights of stairs as the lift was not working

Unterkunft ist sehr sauber. Man hat einen kleinen KĂŒhlschrank, wo man gekĂŒhlte GetrĂ€nke reinstellen kann. HandtĂŒcher, Duschgel und Seife vorhanden. Die SchlĂŒsselĂŒbergabe verlief sehr gut. Es lĂ€uft alles ĂŒber eine Codeeingabe. DafĂŒr muss man sich zuvor mit der Unterkunft in Verbindung setzen und dann bekommt man die genauen Informationen. Man lĂ€uft circa 20 Minuten bis in die Altstadt und 30 Minuten bis zum Hafen.

La Spezia Àr en ganska nedgÄngen, smutsig stad och det hÀr boendet ligger i ett omrÄde som kan beskrivas som ett ghetto. Boendet har fÄtt vÀldigt bra betyg och jag kan inte förstÄ varför. NÄgon har delat upp en vanlig lÀgenhet i tre rum med skiljevÀggar. SÄ rummet vi hyrde för fyra personer var alldeles för litet. Knappt sÄ sÀngarna fick plats i rummet. Att det var mögelflÀckar pÄ gardinerna och hÄr i sÀngarna gjorde inte upplevelsen bÀttre.Eftersom det Àr lyhört mellan rummen gjorde att man vÀcktes varje gÄng nÄgon i rummen jÀmte pratade eller gick ut i det lilla allmÀnna utrymmet mellan rummen. Detta Àr inget hotell, det Àr ett vandrarhem och inte vÀrt priset.

Got nervous when we realized it’s someone’s apartment but they made it simple and if we can do it anybody can! Lol! Even had bottles of water to greet us and coffee for the AM. Nice and easy! Would recommend!

It was a short 10 minute walk up a hill to get to the guesthouse. We never actually saw Laura, but she had great communication via WhatsApp. Clear directions were given for how to get into the building and apartment. The apartment was 3 individual guest rooms connected by a small room. We weren’t able to check in early, however she did say we could leave our luggage in the main room before we checked in, which we didn’t end up doing as we got into La Spezia later than anticipated due to our trains. There are a lot of stairs up, there is a tiny lift, however we didn’t have the key when we arrived so we didn’t use it to get our luggage up. The key was on the main entrance key in the lock box, so maybe send one person up to the the apartment and see if the key is there and then send your luggage up. Comfortable king sized bed, the smaller bed was less comfortable but still ok. Shower had great pressure. The towels are awful, super scratchy and rough. Absolutely everything else was great. 10/10 would recommend you stay here!!

J’avais rĂ©servĂ© du 14 au 17 avril et je n’ai pas vu que la confirmation n’était que du 15 au 17avril. Nous n’avons donc pas pu accĂ©der au logement. Le propriĂ©taire (une agence) n’avait pas l’information d’une rĂ©servation Ă  mon nom Ă  partir du 15 alors nous avons pris un autre hĂ©bergement.
