"Our room was 2 hours late for check in- pretty disappointing customer service. The spa was fairly average - bit run down. Rest of the hotel was really nice, lovely breakfast in the morning and comfy bed. "

"Booked an evening meal with the hotel on line, but discovered that it was not open that evening. Recommended local restaurant within 8 mins walk was excellent.
Breakfast mean - no fresh rolls and little choice. Guess we were out of season!
Word of warning: depending on your direction of travel to this hotel, Mont Blanc Tunnel is completely closed from 2 September-16 December 2024.
Ultra convenient for Mont Blanc ski lift.
