This was never disclosed to me by either Hotels.com or the hotel prior to my arrival. I initially expressed concern, as I had not been made aware of this charge in advance. Although I was told it would only be a temporary hold, the funds were immediately withdrawn from my account rather than simply being authorized 😒"

"Bathroom was not inspected before renting. Product and hair on ceiling. Hair in tub and floor. It also had a smell of sewer gas in the bathroom had to keep the dior shut. Maintenance was supposed to come check on the problem and never showed. "

"Everything was perfect especially the breakfast my kids loved it they said why can’t all the other hotels we been too taste like this lol we are from San Antonio but just wanted a stay for the pool & being downtown we definitely be back"
