Unfortunately, we experienced an issue with the bathroom and had to move to a different room. The assistance provided during this process was not adequate, and the replacement room was not comparable to the one I originally paid for. Additionally, I did not receive any refund or compensation for the inconvenience, which was disappointing."

The pool was clear for my family and is clean and refreshing on the days we decided to stay due to strong winds at the beach. Staff is corteous and professional, always willing to help and have a smile for you. I have travelled extensively and even in big chain hotels the towels can be questionable, In Santa Luisa the bath towels were very clean and in excellent condition. The room was is an acceptable condition with enough maintenence."
