"I recommend totally! Second time I have been here. I love the silence, the room size, the cleanliness and the elegance of the place. The staff is polite and helpful. I just had trouble to open the gate; I arrived very late, was tired, the interphone is not very user-friendly and I had problems to contact the hotel by phone (the issue maybe due to my own cell phone). Definitely, I will rent a room again if needed -in one of my trips driving from Belgium to Spain and viceversa."

"L'enregistrement s'est très bien passé grâce à l'aide du propriétaire. Au début, nous avons eu quelques difficultés à faire fonctionner les radiateurs et l'eau chaude. Deux jeunes employés du bar sont venus nous aider. La connexion Internet était très faible et instable tout au long de notre séjour ; le personnel n'a pas répondu à nos demandes. Enfin, le lit double était incroyablement bruyant et inconfortable, à tel point que l'un d'entre nous a dû dormir dans une autre chambre à l'autre bout...

"This is our go-to for travel in and out of Tours since it’s immediately adjacent to the TGV station. It’s always clean and the staff always pleasant. Everyone we have encountered also speaks pretty good English. This is not a fancy-pants hotel with luxe appointments, but always reliable. They have a parking lot and excellent little pates de fruits bonbons at the reception desk."

"Beautiful place and surroundings. Spent too much on cab fare going to pickup points for sightseeing tours. Might be something I'm just not aware of."

"Die Zimmer waren groß. Roomservice hatten wir nicht - den müsste man extra bestellen - war aber OK. Leider keine Klima-Anlage, aber wir wollten es ja mittelalterlich. Sehr hundefreundlich. Insgesamt ein schöner Aufenthalt"
