"The hotel was decently remodeled until you got into the hotel room the bathroom looked like it belonged in a gas station. Not sure if all the rooms were that way but mine was. Also front desk refused a delivery to my room after I tipped my Uber Eats driver very well because I know it takes time to deliver inside a hotel. I told the front desk if they refuse delivery then they should have staff deliver it, one of the 3 people standing at the front desk said they should have told me at check in, well they didn't and then another woman made a very disrespectful remark to me and I took my coffee and left. Leaving the hotel I saw a Home 2 right across the street. Should have stayed there. "

"If weather is cooler than expected, there’s nothing to do and this is NOT conveniently located to anywhere else. Not on the beach, requires a shuttle. Rooms have a musty smell, overall signs of age across the resort. We had a shower that clearly wasn’t cleaned because there was someone’s hair in it and the shampoo, soap, conditioner were empty."
