This is a beautiful property!! It is well maintained and the staff was fabulous. I was greeted every time coming and going. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. It is just a short drive to Pine Mountain and Callaway Gardens. I would definitely come back for another stay maybe bring grandkids.

The property was clean and comfortable, the staff were pleasant and helpful, the breakfast was below average, there was very low water pressure and the sink drain was clogged.

Amazing hotel and awesome staff!

Amazing! We came for a romantic little getaway and this was the perfect place for it! Very sweet staff, nice accommodations and we even got a room upgrade. The breakfast is basically the usual continental fare, and right now selections on the bar/restaurant are limited due it being off season, but the staff still made sure we had a great meal and a great time! Beds are comfy, blackout drapes, and the view is AWESOME. We highly recommend this hotel and will be back!

Enjoyed the view from property

The room was great and the location was amazing. However the breakfast was bad due to bread being moldy and milk being spoiled. Also the bed was pretty hard and uncomfortable. Customer service was good and place seemed really clean.

Lovely property just south of Warm Springs, GA, with spectacular views of the sunrise, an inviting fire pit in the back by the pool area, and extremely friendly and helpful staff. Our room was perfect - clean, comfortable and quiet. Coffee and breakfast were available in the morning, and the food and drinks from the restaurant and bar were outstanding. The location is just a few minutes drive from Warm Springs so it was very convenient. We will definitely come again.

The staff was very accommodating. The rug was slightly worn but overall good condition but very comfortable. The staff was excellent. The food at the restaurant...the View could be updated. Limited choices. The view and atmosphere exceptional.

The staff was excellent in their service to us. I felt bad because we seemed to be there at a dead time - there may have been a couple of other rooms occupied. The room was clean and comfortable. My only complaint was the coffee. Try Starbucks or some other premium coffee - it will make an even better impression. Special thanks to Priya at the front desk.

Seems like the person who cleaned the room missed a pillow with the case. There was a stain on the pillow case and lots of hair. Otherwise everything seem to be clean! If I’m ever that direction again, I will be staying there.

I loved the view out back. Magnificent. The staff were very nice and helpful. Very personable. They seemed short-staffed in the morning at breakfast though, because they ran out of everything by 9:00. And the girl at the front desk (who couldn't have been nicer and hard working) appeared the be the one who had to restock everything. Other than that it was a wonderful stay and we'll be back.

We just needed a 1-night stay around Warm Springs and from the pictures it looked great. It's very close to the little town. The staff are so friendly and helpful, wanting to make sure everyone is comfortable and have what they need. The whole decor makes it look more upscale, and everything is very clean. The view is amazing! I usually do not sleep well in hotel beds, but I slept great - the bed and pillows were comfy. Lots of options for the breakfast that is included, which is a very nice plus. We didn't go to the bar or eat in the restaurant, and it was SO HOT we didn't stay outside much! Would definitely recommend this if in the area, and get a room with a view!

All was good. Great view of deer in the evening and fantastic sunrise. Got the best room for sunrise. 203. Had to go thru 5 doors to get my luggage from the entrance to hotel to my room. Was offered help, but didn’t accept. Breakfast was subpar. No toast, no juice, no fruit. Hot water for tea was broken. Local breakfast restaurants not open Monday thru Wednesday. Bullock House was great. And restaurants in Woodbury were good. Azaleas at the hotel and in Warm Springs were better than Calloway.
