The team checking us in and managing our stay was excellent, informative, and extremely helpful with not only information about the property, but with getting around town, etc. The accommodations were clean and beautiful, and very spacious. "I couldn't fault my stay at hotel Franziskaner. My room was very comfortable. I upgraded my room to have my own shower, a bit more expensive but it was worth it. I had breakfast every morning which was plentiful and as much coffee as i wanted. It was a 15 minute walk to the bus/train station which was very pleasant. Staff were very friendly. "

"Morena, the lady at the front desk is the best introduction to any check-in at a hotel and a wonderful ambassador for Chur! She was gracious and so helpful. Hotel is in a great location being in the entrance to the old town. We walked everywhere. The room the bathroom (shower) was a bit challenging being so tiny but we managed. Breakfast had a good selection. Bed and pillows were the best!! "
