"I hate to give any negative review because they people there are great people. Very nice staff and beautiful grounds with lots of vegetation. The room though is pretty basic and tried to have a fireplace but the smoke kept blowing into the room and then all our stuff smelled like smoke. No other source of heat. Could be a wonderful place but needs improvement on the rooms. But again still enjoyed our stay."

"Our group of seven ladies spent one night at Hotel Pibi Boreal. It was wonderful!! The staff were very friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast was brought to our rooms, which was a nice. Each room had a patio overlooking the forest. We would definitely stay here again!!"

"Adriana, the property owner, was very welcoming. She covered all the logistics clearly and she also arranged for our shuttle to the airport which was very helpful. The room was basic but very comfortable. Our only issue was finding it as Costa Rica does not have street addresses. There was a map and description so we got close but needed help. Our taxi driver was able to phone Adriana for assistsnce."

"Il y a beaucoup a faire , glissade d'eau etc... par contre si vous prévoyez un établissement digne de l'hôtel des gouverneurs ben vous allez être déçu. Nous on avais le chalet rustique, qui est vraiment rustique mais qui était parfait pour nous. N' ayez pas trop d'attente. Camp de bois rond , en base de ciment pu l'on vois le jour au travers des murs..... mais cetait très chaleureux et correctes. Rien de plus."

"Nuestra estancia fue muy buena, solo el transporte del aeropuerto no fue el planeado, el hotel aunque cuenta con transporte no va por los pasajeros si no te comunicas 72 horas antes de la llegada para que ellos se programen, en su defecto ellos te envían un transporte privado pero tú lo tienes que pagar. Al llegar al hotel tuvimos algunas dificultades con el desayuno que aparentemente según la agencia que contratamos no lo habíamos incluido. La persona que nos recibió se llama Alonso Olivares,...
