They were completely sold out. What was the point of pre booking and paying upfront. I asked to cancel but there were no managers in the property. I left to find another hotel "

"Hotel was a relatively clean place to sleep and cleaning staff were pleasant. Physical condition of hotel needs work. Our key cards needed to be reset 4-5 different times because they randomly got demagnetized. Door to our room was physically difficult to open. Outdoor access door was supposed to be a card key entry, but they did not actually lock. Anyone could open the door from the outside. Front door staff were not attentive, carried on side conversations while checking us in and did not effectively address our key card concerns. "
