Very nice castle hotel in wonderful Burgenland

Great hotel with a nicely maintained park and an outstanding breakfast. We loved the traditional atmosphere and the spacious rooms. Staff was outstanding and friendly.

What a wonderfully unique property. So glad I booked this location. I did not use the map on the back of the check-in instructions so finding the room was difficult in the dark but I blame myself. A heads up to those booking, it is a large and wonderful outdoor campus so the map is very useful!!! We felt very at home with the decor and the dining room/kitchen was out of this world!

Fikk veldig følelsen av å bo på et moderne slott. Delikate og store rom. Deilig bad. Helt fantastisk frokost som vi fikk spare til senere om vi ikke orket å spise opp alt. Gratis te og kaffe som kunne hentes på frokostrommet. Hjelpsom betjening.

Schloss hotel - Very nice :)

A very nice room inside an Austrian Schloss. The rooms are in a small complex with a large lounge/breakfast room and the breakfast was very tasty, ample and fresh. The area around the Schloss is very picturesque. I will stay here next time I am working in the area :)

A confusing start as the staff sent a message on my mobile phone whilst travelling and I didn't have mobile internet available. But once we sorted that and gained access it was wonderful. The room was VERY spacious. A smashing en-suite and walk in shower with a rain shower head. No TV in the room which was a surprise, but on reading the literature it was possible to have one, we didn't bother in the end. Great WIFI facility. The room in which we stayed was next to a big kitchen and one could have free coffee and saft. There was also a large fridge stocked with wine, but for my taste a bit expensive. Breakfast was overwhelming, 5 courses of local delicacies and fruit, herbs and vegetables from the Schloss garden. Much more than we would normally eat for breakfast and overall the quality of the food was excellent. We had a lovely 3 night stay and I would recommend this as a luxury break.
