"The room was nice. Service was terrible. We were there for 2 nights and the room was never serviced. Tried calling housekeeping several times, tried calling the front desk several times and no one ever answered the phone. Husband eventually went to front desk so that we would at least have towels for the morning. Although there were plenty of places to eat, they were mostly all fast-food areas."

"We booked our room as a “smoking room”; and after we arrived; we were told that it is under new owners; and it is now “a non-smoking facility”. Days Inn should have notified Orbitz that it no longer had smoking rooms. Pro’s: comfortable beds, cool air and warm heat, clean room. Con’s: very low water pressure and the hot water needs to be hotter. Continental Breakfast is supposed to be started at 7 am; but it was only on time, half of the time, had to sit and wait for waffle maker to heat up; because it wasn’t turned on earlier; before 7 am. Nice staff, friendly."
