"The lady who checked me in was sweet. However it was difficult to hear her though the glass. She also wasn’t able to photocopy my ID so I had to wait over an hour to get my ID back. Once we got in our room there was no ice bucket, only one washcloth and it was sweltering. This was ok for us since it was way last minute, and it cooled rather quickly. The toilet also had issues with flushing, and on looking into the tank the flapper valve needs replacing. Other than that it wasn’t bad. "

"Overall, my stay was pleasant and the hotel met most of my expectations. The room was clean, comfortable, and the staff were generally friendly and helpful.
The only issue I encountered was with the shower amenities. There was no body wash available in the shower when I arrived. I notified a staff member and asked if it could be refilled, but instead of replacing it with body wash, it was filled with lotion. It wasn’t a major problem, but it was a bit inconvenient.

"Obviously older property but that was too be expected but VERY clean. Strong water pressure for showers, for some people that’s a must. Wifi was horrible. It was not very strong and went out a lot. However, i was able to use my data on phone with strong reception. A/C was a window unit that would go off every 15-20 minutes so the room couldn’t get super cold if that’s how you like it. Beds are good but small pillows. "
