"Said the air-conditioning was broken. Wouldn't be fixed for our stay. Hadn't been fixed since last summer. Room was nearly 30 degrees. No communication prior to our stay. Everyone was complaining."

"Very friendly staff, with a lot of programs for everyone and everyday. We had our dog with us as well. At the pool it was not allowed to have her, but we could walk down to the beach in 2 minutes where she could stay all day long with us. The hotel is little old-school, little rooms and simple setup, I would say a 3 star if we are stricter. Definitely not a 4star hotel when we compare it with other hotels from big cities.."

"Purtroppo abbiamo avuto diverse criticità secondo me dovute alla poca attenzione alle richieste del cliente. Mancanza di tutti gli accessori per la 5° persona e soprattutto il materasso del divano letto non era più un materasso idoneo e si sentiva tutta la struttura del letto. Il problema che non avendo una reception per ogni situazione ho dovuto chiamare e devo dire che mi hanno subito risposto gentilmente cercando di risolvere il problema. I muri interni hanno molte crepe magari un rinfrescata...
