"We were really happy with our 3-night stay at this hotel. The staff is friendly and eager to help. The food is good, rooms are comfortable with adequate amenities.
The Bonfire on the misty and cold evenings were welcome - the evening 5 PM TEA Tasting was a warm touch.
Overall, very happy with our choice. "
"Beautiful property snd rooms are very spacious and comfortable. It has all the modern amenities while retaining the old school charm of such an old building. We loved the wood burning fire place in the room as well. Breakfast was really good and staff at breakfast place was very friendly and courteous and service was top notch. Afternoon high tea was also amazing. Property has a beautiful courtyard and several charming cottages and suites. Highly recommend staying here for Ooty visit"

"It’s an excellent new hotel and well maintained property. Courteous staff and immaculate house keeping. Food at Buffet breakfast and dinner is quite extensive and tasty.
I wish the property were renting scooters to go to city and sight seeing. Auto or cab is the only mode of transportation. Majority of the residents have their own car.
I also recommend the management to start working on activity for hotel guests with corresponding transportation."

"This is a property with a breathtaking view of the Ooty huills and valleys. The cottages are good although they now require a fresh coat of paint inside. Food is decent and the breakfast spread is very good and so is the dinner buffet. Hotel staff are helpful and response to the calls is quick. Hot water timings are restricted in the mornings and evenings but that's not too much of an issue. The hotel helped us with a immersion rod beyond the normal timings so that was very helpful. "Experience is, more or less satisfactory, except restaurant. Though breakfast was supposed to be served at 08.00 AM, always it was served after 08.30 causing extreme difficulty to board the 09.15 toy train and 09.15 bus to Kannur (Kerala).
