"Reception & Conceriege, Perfect! Although still very slow as not enough staff ratio to guests. Bar …. Was a joke. One girl on, she completely ignored us as was under pressure to serve, clean etc but her attitude sucked. Instead of just acknowledging us and saying hey sorry guys I’ll be right with you soon as I can… she simply pretended we were not there and chose to ignore, be very rude and after 4 attempts to try and relax at the bar I gave up! This alone has made me unwilling to bother staying at the millennium again. Very sad as it was always our favourite go too."

"Staff is friendly, room is clean and with beautiful decorations, breakfast is delicious but at the end all the fruits are gone, no replacements, the 19th century building is well maintained, the piano in the lounge area is definitely a plus!"

"The hotel was okay .The kitchen area was cleaned but cups were not cleaned properly. Moreover, when we entered in the room we saw bed sheets was not fresh. On the bed sheet alot of hairs it looks like they haven’t changed the top bedsheet that was very disappointing.Overall,not recommended if your looking for clean room."

"The property was incredibly clean, warm and a nice large room. It was very comfortable. The property had no restaurant or breakfast available, and felt like a ghost town. It shouldn’t be described as a resort, as it’s very clearly a motel. The check in staff and house keeping were polite. However was disappointed that when I phoned at8.30am to ask for a sachet of hot chocolate for my child, the lady at the front desk was rude and wouldn’t bring a sachet past the room, saying that housekeeping hadn’t started for the day and she was alone at the desk. For the price I paid, I would expect better facilities and service from front desk, however it was one staff member that ruined the experience, not all."
