"So glad I booked this place! It felt home away from home for this solo traveler. You had the privacy of your own studio but could go into the home and feel welcomed. Few cons about room 112 executive suite When we returned around 930pm there were no car parks anywhere even though I thought we had one available outside of our room so ended up parking in the driveway as I had equipment in my wagon so was not keen to park on the road side Also Would be good to have some mats on either side of the bed, because it’s all Lino you need to wipe your feet...

"We stayed in a cabin withy ensuite, it was perfect. Nice and clean, adequate heating for the cold evenings and nights. The beds were comfy. The wee kitchen had a two hotplate and a microwave. The bench space was a bit squishy for everything but you just made it work. There was a bait station opposite our cabin which is very useful and we used it. The locality of the site is great near all the Rotorua lakes and handy to the city also"

"We want to give 5 stars for this place, but unfortunately our stay was flawed. The water heater was not working, and the staff was not available during the evening time. So, we have to do cold shower in winter time. Not pleasant. We tried contacting the front office, but no one returned our message until now (a week later). Otherwise, the facility is pretty nice."

"Stayed 2 nights with a friend so was nice to have beds in two separate rooms. We had a room off the road which was nice and quiet. Everything was clean and room felt spacious. Main heat pump was in the bedroom so could get cold but they provide a plugin heater that you can use in that room just takes a while to heat the room. Staff were friendly."

"Motel has paper thin walls and is located next door to an indian temple or something, lots of inconsiderate indians staying in the motel making loads of noise, banging doors etc until late making sleeping near impossible"
