"Our towels were picked up but our beds were not made. ☹️ The staff members behind the front desk did not have chairs or stools to sit on. The employee had to kneel on the ground to enter data into the computer. Our room accommodated 6 guests there were not enough bath towels, hand towels & wash cloths for 6 guests!"

"I booked mainly because of the 11 am checkout time but housekeeping came knocking on my door twice at 945 & 950 am, just as I was getting dressed. I specifically asked for a quiet room location & they put me next to the stairwell + put a heavy footed person in the room above so it was not at all quiet. There was a dead palmetto bug on the floor that I had to dispose of. Otherwise it was okay-the bed was relatively comfortable & there was a good Keurig coffee make so I was glad I had my own good...

"Wonderful one night stay at the property! The room was spacious, the king bed was so comfortable. Loved the coffee bar, although water should be set out nearby. Also enjoyed a complementary glass of wine. Overall great stay."
