"First of all the front desk do not listen to. The guest they did what they wanted to. I came down to the front desk my instructions was very clear I don't need housekeeping service but unfortunately when I return from the funeral home my room had been service my luggage had been ramshackle as if they was looking for something now I forgot that my credit cards was in my carriage bag I REPORTED THE CARD STOLEN why informed the front desk

"I literally live just around the block from this motel. We were taking our two youngest grandbabies for a sleepover pool party. The place is very nice. The smell is AWFUL. Thankfully they don't fill the rooms with that over powering horrid scent. It's awful. Like someone dropped the perfume bottle at the dollar store. It was much less smelly in the room but the air conditioner had such a smell too my husband had to leave early and slept at our house because the scent gave him a headache that...

"The bed was very very uncomfortable. Pillows were great. Refrigerator door was broken, lightening in room was very bad. Drain in tub broken. Pool looked nice but didn’t get to use in our stay. The carpet in the hallways was worn and very dirty. We won’t be back. You get what you pay for ."

"The first room they put me in had a fan going it smelt like pure dog in there. It was dirty. It was disgusting then I had to go to the third floor, which it still wasn’t worth the money that I paid the end of the bed were tore up. The sheets were dirty. They had stains on them. The soap that was in the bathrooms were used half bottles not sanitary at all I will never go there again."

"We enjoyed our stay overall with one exception. Had an issue with the toilet not flushing well on our second day. Notified the front desk. They notified maintenance. Maintenance never came. Went back to the front desk multiple times and no one was present. We eventually had to use the restrooms on the main floor for the remainder of our stay. We checked out the following day. Other than the toilet issue our stay was great."
