"The property was ok. Biggest plus was the breakfast and location. The room was not as clean as expected. When we first got into the room, there was a strong smell from the cleaning supplies they used. We had to leave for a couple of hours to let it air out. There was hair in the towels. Grim in the bathroom and food crumbs/debris on the floor of the room. I probably wouldn’t stay there again. "

"The staff was very nice. The room was decent but we did have dry ramen noodles on the carpet. They had fleas in the room and we went to get snacks one night and my card was charged for the snacks but the worker made us put them back bc he said that I was t charged and the money would be back in my account by the next morning. It’s 2 days later and I still don’t have my money or the snacks I paid for. I would not stay there again if I could help it. "

"Traveled from out of state, notified property I was going to be arriving late, they confirmed my code and giving me instructions. Got to the property at 2 AM unable to get to in my room, tried contacting the property but no luck, had to find a hotel for one night.
Ps I WAS CHARGED FOR A NIGHT I DIDN'T EVEN STAY FOR!
Overall, bad communication and lack of information."
