"No parking and no wifi. Very abysmal coffee"

"The hotel was lovely and was in an excellent and convenient location to the ferry, restaurants and shopping. Breakfast was exceptional and the service by Tanya and Jessica was incredible! The room was nice (quite small). The bathroom was beautiful and spacious . The bed was comfortable. The only minor issue we found was that it was a little challenging regulating the temperature (specifically, the heat)."

"We were warmly received by Donatella and her daughter, Francesca. Donatella was very gracious and created marvelous treats for breakfast. Her homemade apple strudel was the best I’ve ever had. Francesca was amazing and helped us coordinate ferry schedules, dinner reservations, and activities. The setting is gorgeous and idyllic. Truly a unique and fabulous stay."

"Swimming pool closes too early from 6pm, and only opens from 8am. It would be better if sooner opening and later closing."

"Staff and Owner were very accommodating and kind, yet very respectful of the guests stay. This is one of the best experience of my 3 week solo travel in Switzerland and Italy. Brilliant restoration of a family villa with unique hospitality. From check in to check out it was a highlight of my travels. "The staff was amazing. The location of the hotel is amazing in front of the lake. They are very helpful. They arranged all our trips. They arranged for us a boat trip around Lake Como. It was something to remember for the rest of our lives. I highly recommend this hotel if you have enough budget and want the top of the top of the top."

"The breakfast buffet was excellent and a major attraction. The staff were very responsive. The front desk and concierge were very helpful in planning local trips. All in all they made our stay pleasant and memorable."
