"How this hotel has received the positive reviews it has is beyond me! There was no Air Conditioning in our room - none! — we were on the 9th floor and Paris was in the midst of a heatwave. A technician supplied us with 2 very small fans that simply blew around hot air. She did her best with what she had but given what we paid for the room, I feel the hotel could do better. The place is in real need of upgrades. Carpets need cleaning and fresh paint would help the cosmetics. I would not stay...

"It was a very small room Not much bigger than the bed. The room was clean. 15-minute ride to the airport which cost 30 Euro. The reason for the bad review was breakfast. THERE WAS NONE in spite of their web stating there was one. There are NO option near the hotel at all. Staff said they cancel breakfast as the bread was bad. I have stayed at thousands of hotels and never have I ever head of an exclusive like this If you want something to eat in the morning don't stay here. If you only want...

"Small rooms. It as expected at the airport."

"Hotel was quite close to Disneyland Paris, with a convenient bus stop just across the street that took us to and from the parks. The room was spacious and very clean, and even had a table/desk to eat at, which I always appreciate in a hotel. The staff were friendly and polite, and the complimentary breakfast was another bonus. Would definitely recommend!"

"The bed is comfortable and the towels are thick and plush. But rudeness at the check in desk is not a great way to greet guests. Also, the hotel blocks all ability to stream or cast to the TVs. They have zero to one English language channels despite a large portion of their guests being English speakers. Our bed linens had two large tears in the top corners, which would not be expected of a luxury hotel."

"The location was fabulous if you are taking a flight to or from CDG. The information in the airport on how to get to the hotel was not helpful. As a matter of fact, I was sent to the wrong place by airport staff to wait for a bus that was not coming. It turns out the airport train gets you right near the hotel in no time. You do have to schlep your bags a bit from the train to the hotel. Hotel staff pointed me to the RER train right near the hotel - which went straight into downtown Paris so...

"First time staying at Elysee. The hotel was very clean; staff were very helpful and polite. The rooms gave us everything we needed for our Disney trip (we had premium quadruple room for 2 adults and 2 children 2yo and 6yo; with connecting room to grandparents.) Free bus picks up directly outside the front door which we used everyday to get to the parks.
