This property did not look anything like the photos in the listing. It is extremely tired, worn and unkempt. The outside areas are overgrown and uncared for. The apartment was very small (it looked quite spacious on the listing). The sofa bed was absolutely filthy inside.

Hotel near La Rochelle
This hotel caters for holiday stays and offers flatlets with cooking facilities etc. We arrived on a Wednesday for an overnight stop and were horrified to find that reception was closed on Wednesdays. Presumably this is not a usual changeover day. My Expedia booking stated a 5.00 pm arrival which was what we did. Fortunately I managed to find a caretaker who phoned for help and we managed to get our room keys. It would have been a major problem if we had arrived much later in the evening as this is not a hotel with a 24hr manned reception. The only onsite catering that evening was at the adjacent chateau which was much more costly than we wished at that time. At the end of April there seemed to be no restaurants open in the vicinity, the only meal we could find was a MacDonald's a few miles away. It would have been OK if we had brought food for self catering.

Prestation Vacancéoles était loin d'être a la hauteur.. La piscine étant fermée même les transats n'étaient pas disponible. Elles etaient dans la zone fermée autour de la piscine. Pas possible d'en demander a la réception.. fermée aussi a partir de midi.. et pas de réponse au téléphone.. Pauvre prestation..pour 2 nuits qui nous ont quand -même couté 174Euros..Apres contact avec la service.qualité@vacanceole.com et comme geste commerciale ils vont nous rembourser 14,76 Euros.. nonnon pas une blague.. 14,76 Euro pour un séjour gaché.. incroyable mais vrai...

Hôtel sale, toiles d araignées, sols sales, cuisine grasse.inadmissible de devoir faire son lit en arrivant après la journée de boulot et de route. Pas de savon, pas de gel douche. Petit dej limité. Chemin boueux pour atteindre l accueil, dechetterie aà l entrée avec odeur nauséabonde. Il faut faire le menage et ramener son baluchon le jour de depart, 😡

Extérieur en piteuse état à cause des feuilles et des toiles d’araignées non nettoyer. La piscine n ai pas en service et le petit déjeuner a partir de 09h .l appartement était potable mais le canapé déchire ainsi que les rideaux. Vu le tarif ce n ai pas normal . Le personnel agréable et fait de son mieux.

je n'ai pas compris le concept, ce n'est pas un hôtel mais une résidence de tourisme ce qui n'est indiqué nul part.Il faut faire le ménage avant de partir ! il faut donc apporter son aspirateur, du produit à vitre pour faire les miroirs, des éponges, torchon et produit vaisselle. La piscine est fermée sans explication.

J'ai fais plusieurs réservations professionnelles auprès de cet établissement pour mes différents collaborateurs. Lors de la dernière réservation, l'hôtel m'a signalé que mes collaborateurs n'ont pas fait le ménage à leur départ et qu'il fallait payer un supplément de 100€ . J'ai accepté sans discussion et je me suis excusé auprès d'eux pour le désagrément. J'avais déjà effectué une autre réservation pour d'autres collaborateurs. Toutefois l'hôtel m'a signalé qu'il refuse ma réservation. J'ai donc contacté le site et réservé auprès d'un autre établissement sans contester leur décision. À ma grande surprise je reçois un mail très agressif, très désagréable et complètement déplacé ! Je comprends que le personnel soit mécontent et d'ailleurs c'est pour cette raison que j'ai payé les frais supplémentaires du ménage. Je comprends aussi le refus de la réservation supplémentaire. Toutefois ce que je trouve inadmissible c'est le comportement agressif dint j'ai été victime que ce soit par téléphone ou par mail. Inadmissible à fuir absolument si vous avez des réservations professionnelles.

Pas d’accueil après 19heures. Il faut faire les lits faire, faire le ménage jamais vu dans un un appartement hôtel. Les peintures sont défraîchies. Et l’ensemble ne fait pas net.
