"The wheat baker staff are incredible, professional to a hilt and warm and friendly. I arrived in shock to realise that the swimming pool and gym were under reconstruction and the view from my executive suite was an active construction site. The Manager and front desk staff patiently explained that Expedia was aware and it was on their direct site. The only saving grace was the quality of the staff, at each touch point, it was warmth and understanding. In the end, I drew the drapes and kept them closed and enjoyed the security and warmth of the Wheatbaker …. Expedia you owe me for inadequate disclosure, please address my complaint. "
