"Very nice hotel. Quiet area, close to Beach (5min walk). The trolley is free and takes you to any of the other beaches in Laguna the nearest stop is a 5 minute walk. The staff were all very nice and accommodating. 15 minute walk to main beach/downtown. Breakfast was a small Continental breakfast of muffins, cereal, toast, bagels, fruit, and cheese omelet. "Sweet and convenient place to stay in Laguna Beach"

"The property is just as depicted in the pictures. The room with a partial ocean view from our balcony patio was a little smaller than expected but nonetheless quaint. Since the hotel is north of Coast Hwy., the car and traffic takes away from the serenity of the beautiful spot. If you want to be close to the downtown area, it is not a short 15-minute walking distance- more like 30-40 minutes."

"We were there during renovations. So noise was an issue. Restaurant was closed. Not as clean as I am used too at a highly rated property. Staff was very friendly and did best to make our stay comfortable. "
