"The engineering staff set the thermostat temperature to whatever they want. The thermostat in the room is operated by an occupancy sensor which does not detect any movement over night, resulting in resetting the temperature to whatever the engineering team set to! This was intended to save energy at the expense of the customer's convenience!! I had to wake up twice at night to make sure the sensor detected me and that my temperature setting is reactivated."

"Room size is a bit on the smaller side, felt a little cramped. Rooms do not come with a microwave (suites do, it's an upgrade). If you need to heat food you have to do so in the lobby (community microwave). They do not offer free breakfast, and they nickel and dime for everything. Parking is not free. Staff, well, let's just say there is one staff member that goes above and beyond and is super friendly (forgot her name). When booking for this location, I used a third party site to do so...

"From the outside, the property looks perfectly acceptable, but once one gets closer to the room, it’s a trash pit. The sidewalk, stairs and walkway to the room was littered with trash. There was a half full bottle of Gatorade pushed into the outside corner of the room, and for the 3 days we were there it never moved. The room was a mess.
