"This was incredibly beautiful! We loved our stay. Be careful and make sure you close your tent completely so the bugs don't get in, but it is a tent in Guatemala at the end of the day, so there will probably be a bug at some point. One thing I think they could improve on is providing locks for the tents. Rooms get to be locked up but the tents are all just based on an honor system I guess? We were absolutely fine and no one snuck into our tent or anything, but it only takes one bad egg."

"The hotel is located 10 minutes from semuc champey which makes this a great place to stay. Not a luxury hotel but fair for the location, price, swimming pool, tours available and the river and nature surrounding it. Staff is helpful and friendly. Food is good and not too pricey. Good environment for families, couples or solo Travellers."

"The staff is Amazing. Really good people. They even gave us fresh coconut water when we left. As we have to leave very early, we preordered the breakfast the day before and it was ready perfectly “on time”. They have A/C in the cabin, really necessary. Is a very good choice when visiting Semuc Champey."

"Staff was very helpful and friendly. It was very clean but the property was a bit dated although still lovely. It was quiet at night. Staff had limited English if you’re dependent on that. Breakfast was delicious with good coffee. Beds were a bit hard but I still slept fine!."
